Sharing agents to Teams
Context
SharePoint Agents are custom natural language assistants that can be created based on custom sources, references, and libraries. Although they are made of resources store in SharePoint, they can be interacted with across other Microsoft Platforms.
Overview
I was responsible for designing the process of sharing an Agent to Teams Chats and Channels. I also designed how users can interact with the agent once it's been added.
Impact
Aligned interaction patterns between SharePoint and Teams for communicating with agents
Increased exposure from SharePoints 200 MAU to Team's 300 MAU
